I have just read a story posted by Great Manual Directory s Submissions Company know as SubmitShop that they are going to prepare a guide for directory submitters. The participation is welcomed for people from directory industry
I think it is a noble cause to provide knowledge, guide, education on directory submitting subject and teaching the directory submitters

I found a program called Actual Title Buttons that made web directory Submission so much easyer me. It just lets you keep your note pad on top of all other open windows making it so much easyer to cute and paste in your information you want !
